£13million still available for businesses in Northumberland - here's how to apply
The latest figures show that the council has distributed £80.73million to 7,156 businesses, but there is around £13million still up for grabs.

Hide AdA spokeswoman for the authority said: “We are extremely pleased to have been able to pay out more than £80million to more than 7,000 businesses across Northumberland.
“We are very keen that as many businesses as possible are able to benefit from this funding and have emailed and written out to all businesses who we believe are eligible.
“We would encourage anyone who hasn’t investigated this yet to have a look at the details on our website and, if they are eligible, to make an application as soon as they can.”
Businesses which were eligible for small or rural business rate relief as of March 11 this year can get a grant of £10,000, while retail, hospitality and leisure businesses that were eligible at that time for the expanded retail discount scheme and have a rateable value of less than £51,000 can claim either £10,000 (rateable value of £15,000 and below) or £25,000 (£15,000 to £51,000).
