Popular Seahouses footpath resurfaced after complaints from public

A popular footpath in a coastal village has been resurfaced.

The work at St Aidan’s in Seahouses was carried out by Northumberland County Council.

Cllr Guy Renner-Thompson, Bamburgh ward member on Northumberland County Council, said: “Following complaints from the public and seeing the poor state of the pavement along St Aidan’s in Seahouses, I added it to my requests for resurfacing.”

He added: “It’s great to see the work is now done, making it much safer and easier to walk on.”
