A selection of the latest planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Cavil Head Farm, two dwellinghouses.

Alnmouth: Brightwater House, 4 Bridge End, refurbishment and extension including the erection of a porch, a sun room with a veranda above and alterations to the elevations.

Bamburgh: 7 The Wynding, demolition of garage and reconstruction to same footprint, alterations to kitchen/dining (formerly utility), new utility area, revised bathroom/ensuite facilities at first floor; 25 The Wynding, new garage in rear garden.

Belford: Quam Clarum, Williams Way, conversion of garage to holiday unit located within curtilage of property.

Craster: Land south-east of Lifeboat House, Haven Hill, change of use of buildings formerly used as garage/storage, office and small washroom to two new homes with external car parking and amenity space.

Elsdon: access road to Ravenscleugh, re-siting of vehicle access onto the A696 to serve Ravenscleugh with associated construction of new access track.

Longframlington: Land to the east of Longframlington Gardens, erection of two units of holiday accommodation and certified touring caravan site.

Seahouses: 14 Castle View, Broad Sands, single-storey rear extension and two-storey side extension.

Swarland: erection of four detached bungalows (C3 use).

Wooler: 2 Market Place, advertisement consent to change the existing fascia signs.
