A selection of the latest planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Alnwick: 4 Chapel Lane, listed building consent to replace six uPVC sash windows with heritage timber double-glazed windows.

Bilton: Bilton Hill, internal alterations, extensions to house and new garaging.

Ellingham: Ellingham Home Farm, infill single-storey extensions to front glazed overhang and rear dormer windows to first floor.

Felton: Land north of Benlaw Grove, Main Street, advertisement consent for flags, fence panels, large display boards, car-parking signs, sales office fascia sign and door vinyls.

Longhoughton: Westfield House, 11 North End, erection of oak timber-framed garden structure.

Red Row: Land north of Swarland Terrace, new vehicular access.

Shilbottle: 1 & 2 Town Foot Farm Cottages, rear extension and front entrance porch to cottages; land adjacent to Church Lea, erection of dwellinghouse.

Thropton: Low Trewhitt Bridge, realignment of Wreigh Burn and provision of rock armour and grass-seeded embankments, backfilling of eroded land.

Warkworth: 24 Greens Park, replacement of timber windows and doors with UPVC, retrospective – replacement of bay window and front door in UPVC.
