Alnwick: 1 Fenkle Street, change of use of upper two floors from office B1 to hair-extension salon A1; The Maltings and Bolams Mill, Dispensary Street, creation of four residential units in lieu of office and retail accommodation as approved – A/2007/0557.

Amble: 9 Newmoor Close, remove sliding glazed doors from front of property and replace with brick and tiled roof garden room, plus brick wall to front boundaries.

Bamburgh: Caravan Site, Fowberry Farm, change of use from a certified caravan site to privately-run caravan site for nine touring caravans.

Lesbury: Land north of Meadowlands, Longhoughton Road, outline permission for the development of five residential dwellings, including access road, gardens, car parking and other ancillary works.
