It is envisaged that the huts will be rented on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis allowing access at any time of the day, although it is not suggested that overnight habitation would be permitted.

Amble Town Council has raised no objection, but has a number of concerns and comments, including that the huts must be maintained and extra provision should be made for litter.

The plan has attracted one neighbour objection.
