And for Olly Dial, from Alnwick, the opening of the suite – with high-end, front-line equipment – is the realisation of a dream.

The facility is based above the town’s Iceland store on Bondgate Within and the space has been extensively transformed.

And this Saturday, people will be able to see the studio for themselves, with a special launch day to unveil the suite.

The event will run from 11am onwards. It will give people the chance to look at the equipment and learn more about Olly Dial Elite Fitness.

There will be a fitness challenge and free fitness analysis. A range of prizes – not all fitness-related – will be up for grabs in a raffle, while Prosecco and fairy cakes will be handed out. People will be able to sample shots of smoothies.

There will also be discounts on all Elite Fitness packages and complimentary taster sessions (which can only be booked on the day).

Olly is delighted to launch the studio. He said: “This is my dream. I have always had a passion for fitness and from the moment that I qualified as a personal trainer about six years ago, I have always wanted my own training studio.

Olly, 36, offers one-to-one fitness sessions, as well as running group bootcamps. Prior to the venue’s launch, he was offering a mobile one-to-one service and was running bootcamps in Alnwick Town Hall.

The new facility allows his clients to use modern equipment under one roof, lets him see more people in a day and offer a greater number of bootcamps. He also offers online personal training. The 12-week exercise plan costs £49 and he has built a global following, with people signing up from around the world.

In the new studio, Olly will run two evening bootcamps on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and a morning bootcamp on Tuesdays and Saturdays. He is looking to start a male-only Spartan bootcamp on Tuesday evenings, starting next week.

Olly added: “I’m pleased with the new studio and I would like to thank everyone who has helped and supported me along the way, including my wife Leonie, my bootcampers and one-to-one clients.”
