Lounge Bar on Bridge Street intends to show the first episode of the ITV2 show on Monday night.
Co-owner Rebecca Langdown said: “We are going to try to show it, especially for Monday – with some of the close friends who would usually come in with Brad.”
She had previously revealed that the 26-year-old labourer, a former pupil of Coquet High School, regularly popped in for coffee at weekends and to meet up with friends.
And Brad himself, on his Instagram page, describes himself as a ‘gym goer and coffee lover’.
In a Q&A, Brad explained why he wanted to take part in the new series.
“I want to date face-to-face, I like meeting people,” he said. “I’m easy going, laid back. Who wouldn’t want to be in a nice villa in a hot country for a while?”
Asked what his colleagues would say about him, he replied: “I try and make as much money as I can by doing as little as possible. They’d probably say – not lazy, as I’m energetic – I just try to get away with doing literally nothing.”
He has already revealed his celebrity crushes are Sommer Ray, Zara McDermott and Megan Fox.
And in a promotional video, he also reveals the last time he had sex was at the end of 2019.
Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITV Hub for its seventh series on Monday, June 28 at 9pm.
