As well as the varied entertainment, those who went along to the Glendale Show had the opportunity to watch first-class equine and donkey competitions.
A post on the Glendale Show - Glendale Agricultural Society Facebook page included the following: “Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for Glendale Show 2026.
“Whether you came to compete, exhibit, steward, volunteer, judge, shop, eat, or simply enjoy a day out, we hope you had a brilliant day.
“It was wonderful to welcome old faces and new, all coming together to celebrate our rural community.
“Events like ours don’t happen by magic – they’re made possible by an incredible team of sponsors, stewards, judges, exhibitors, volunteers and committee members. We’re enormously grateful to every single one of you.”
