Sunderland fans' group teams up with Bradley Lowery Foundation to create new football shirt

Fans’ group Speak Sunderland launched an online poll to come up with the design for the shirts, which go on sale next month in aid of the Bradley Lowery Foundation.

Hide AdHe was an avid football fan who supported Sunderland AFC, appearing as mascot for the side on a number of occasions.


The kits, designed by The Kit Factor and manufactured by Hope and Glory Sportswear, will feature the Bradley Lowery Foundation name and logo on the shirt’s chest.
Gemma Lowery, Bradley’s mum and CEO of the charity, said: “When we were contacted about the strips, we were absolutely delighted to get involved.
"The kits feature special, one-of-a-kind designs and look fantastic. Bradley was always wearing his red and white stripes and we are certain that he would have loved the winning designs.

The winning designs include a home shirt with the iconic red and white stripes, and a navy and red pinstripe away shirt.
Shirts go on sale on Tuesday, September 1, costing £32.50. Proceeds will do to the Bradley Lowery Foundation.
