Over the past few weeks they have visited Blyth, Whitley Bay, Howick Hall and Cove, just over the border. Here’s a selection of some of the shots taken on their ‘Wednesday wanders’:
1. Harbour

3. Sculpture
In 1881, Cove lost 11 men out of 21 in a fishing disaster. A sculpture by Jill Watson commemorates the widows and children left behind.
