Mayor of Blyth Town Council, Coun Warren Taylor said: “I’m told by one of his elves that you can’t miss him as he enjoys playing loud Christmas songs as he drives around the town.”

Mayor Taylor added; “We’d like all of Blyth’s children to write their letter to Santa and leave it where they would normally leave his mince pie and the carrots for the reindeers.

"Apparently, the elves will pop by and magically collect it in time for Christmas.”
