North Northumberland charity seeks votes to win cash that 'can make a real difference'

Bell View, the Belford-based charity, is seeking nominations to win a £1,000 prize.

Saturday, 16th May 2020, 6:04 pm

It is encouraging people to nominate them to be in with a chance to win the sum as part of specialist insurer Ecclesiastical's Movement for Good awards.

Bell View operations manager, Paul Harrison, said: “It literally takes seconds to nominate us online, remember our charity number is 1075896, spread the word that a vote for us would give our charity the best possible chance of winning.”

If selected they would spend the monies on services for older people, across rural north Northumberland, especially at this time of increased need.

Mark Hews, Ecclesiastical Group chief executive, said: “We know that for many charities, £1,000 can make a real difference.”

Nominations can be made until Sunday, May 24 at https://movementforgood.com

Winners will be drawn at random and the more times Bell View is nominated the more chance it has of being selected.
