Families across the North East have spotted a sky high display that’s brought a smile to their Friday.

Across the region on Friday, May 29, people have reported seeing two aeroplanes making heart shapes in the clear blue skies as we head towards the weekend.

Photographs have been captured in Washington, Sunderland, Horden and Hartlepool. So set those eyes above and see if you can spot the aircraft in action!
