Investing in Alnwick seeks award nominations for women 'who have gone the extra mile' in 2020

The Investing in Alnwick group is seeking nominations for the next International Women’s Day in 2021.

Linda Wood-Mitchell, of Investing in Alnwick, said: “We want to mark the achievements of the women in Alnwick and District who the community feel deserve an award for their unselfish actions this year.

"We have all faced unprecedented challenge. Some jobs required workers to have physical presence and so to all those frontline workers and volunteers we are all truly grateful for their dedication in keeping us all safe whilst delivering key services.”Five winners will be chosen by an impartial panel and, along with a guest, will be invited to attend an event at The White Swan on Saturday, May 29 and enjoy a three course meal, entertainment and presentations.To make your nomination email [email protected] by February 26.
