Hundreds of people line streets of Ashington for Remembrance Sunday parade

A parade and service of remembrance was held in Ashington to honour our fallen heroes.

The event was organised by the town's branch of the Royal British Legion, and was supported by the town council and Ashington Churches Together.

More than a thousands people from the Ashington community gave their lives in the world wars.
