The 30-year-old has been disqualified from driving for 16 months after she was found to be 28 micrograms over the prescribed limit.
Jackson was also convicted of stealing five jackets from a property in Thropton.
She was ordered to pay £270 in compensation and costs to the court and was placed on a curfew until July 2 in relation to the theft and the three charges of assault.
