Harrison & Hetherington held their fortnightly sale of Store Cattle.

Sold 236 Store Cattle.

At the sale was also the annual show for the Robin Scott Trophy with the Judge Neil Gibson, Willowford casting his expert eye over a classy selection. The Champion was awarded to Newbigging Farms Ltd, Dunstan Hill for a Limousin Steer weighing 525kg which made £1170 to John Thompson, Smallburn Farm. Reserve Champion was a Belgian Blue Steer from Inland Pastures weighing 440kg selling at £1170 to James Allen, Longnewton.

A fantastic show of cattle were presented to a packed ring of buyers, all classes met unprecedented demand and many more could have been sold to advantage.
