Northumberland Camera Club

Bumping into other Northumberland Camera Club members when I am out and about with my camera is great.

Northumberland is a really welcoming place and photographers are particularly friendly, always either giving a smile and a nod, or stopping to talk.

Our club’s only rule is to be fantastic, friendly and helpful, and it’s brilliant that everyone lives by that.

The amount of activity in the club over the last few weeks astounds me.

Photographers share a huge mix of experiences and subjects.

But, the camera club is not just about sharing photos. People ask for technical help and advice, start discussions and share resources too.

Lots of folk join in to ask questions and learn, and I know that plenty join just to see the photographs that members post.

Here’s an eclectic mix of a few really splendid shots from members old and new.

This week’s challenge words are Field and Even.

Everyone is welcome to join Northumberland Camera Club.
