New MD for developer
A major house-builder has unveiled its new managing director following a record year.
Barratt Developments North East has announced the appointment of Scott Martin with his predecessor, Mike Roberts, taking up a new role as the firm’s regional managing director for the North of England.
Scott, who will be heading up a 300-strong workforce, said: “I am incredibly proud to have taken up the managing-director position in what is a very exciting time for the company. This year has been a hugely successful one, with record sales success giving us an increase of more than 25 per cent year on year across the North East.
“I am confident that this growth will continue as we work hard to provide quality housing across the region.”
