Karl Morton, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, said: “We’re very excited to share our plans for Willowburn Park.

“Northumberland County Council granted planning permission earlier in the year and we are striving to bring new, modern and value-for-money homes to the Alnwick area.

“We will make a large variety of designs available at the development, ensuring there will be something to suit buyers at all levels of the property ladder.”

As part of the plans for Willowburn Park, the homebuilder will also contribute £13,000 towards public transport, including traffic-calming works and make an investment of £118,000 towards sport and recreation facilities for use of people within the Alnwick area.

Karl added: “The new development has already received a lot of interest.

“We’re highly confident the launch will be a great success. Properties are likely to be snapped up when available so I would encourage interested house-hunters to visit our website to register their interest.”
