She developed her love for keeping fit while down south and decided to launch JPFitness on her return to Alnwick.

She said: “I am passionate about the fitness industry and it became part of my life while I was in Northamptonshire.

“When I came back to Alnwick I noticed that there wasn’t a lot around in the style of the aerobics that I am doing.

“So I threw myself into the training, became qualified and launched JPFitness on Monday. I have had some great feedback and had 190 people booked in on my first week.”
