More tickets released for Tom Jones Northumberland concert

Fans snapped up the first 1,000 tickets for a summer concert by music legend Sir Tom Jones just 12 hours after they were released.

Now another 500 are being offered as part of the special deal for Gazette readers by event management company Loose Cannon Events.

The Gazette revealed yesterday that Sir Tom will perform on stage in the Pastures, beneath Alnwick Castle, on Saturday, August 8.

Loose Cannon Events offered the first 1,000 tickets to Gazette readers at a reduced rate of £38.50, plus booking fee, ahead of the tickets going on general sale on Monday morning.

They proved so popular they sold out within 12 hours and 500 more have now been added.

Prices are £38.50 for the first release, £45 or £95 for a VIP ticket, which includes private bar and toilets and an exclusive viewing area. Tickets are subject to a booking fee. Under fives are free.
