Mods pack Driffield auction for Lambretta sale
A 1965 C Reg Lambretta Scooter caused a great deal of interest when it went under the hammer at Dee, Atkinson and Harrison’s auction houses in Driffield on Saturday.
Members of the town’s Midnight Runners club were among those who turned out to view the vehicle, which had a pre sale estimate of £2500 to 3500.
After a brisk bidding war the hammer went down at £5,200.
