The band, which is made up of Russ Field, Richie Newbegin, Rod Foggon, Jimmy Lillico, Ian Gourlay, Jimmy Hall and Roger Smith, will be on stage from 8.30pm.

The charity was chosen because some of the band members have had heart surgery over the years and they wanted to give something back.

The band plays occasionally for charity, and over the last 10 years it has raised more than £25,000 for beneficiaries, which include the British Heart Foundation, HospiceCare North Northumberland and other charities.

Tickets for the event are £5 per person.

They can be bought from the club, or on the door on the night if there are any remaining.
