Mats and score cards for bowls club
Prior to the Rothbury Bowling Club annual Jessie Heron pairs competition, Christopher Foggon, the director of Co-op Funeral Care, Rothbury, presented the club president David Bolton with mats and score cards.
The club thanked Mr Foggon and the Co-op for the generous sponsorship, which is much appreciated.
The competition was played on a round robin format with two groups of five pairs. The winners of group one were Rob and Graham Donkin (s).
The winners of group two were Jimmy Cairns and David Bolton (s).
The final will be played at a later date.
