Man denies outraging public decency in Northumberland car park

A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of outraging public decency in a public place in Northumberland.

Michael Snaith, of Fountain Cottages, Harbottle, is alleged to have committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner at Rothbury’s Beggars Rigg car park on Thursday, January 22.

The 45-year-old appeared at Mid and South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court, in Bedlington, on Thursday, and he denied the charge.

The case has been adjourned until Friday, May 29, for the trial.
