Machinery stolen from Amble workshop
Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a workshop in Amble.
The incident happened between noon on Wednesday and 1.20am yesterday at The Wynd. Intruders forced their way into the premises and stole an orange Timberwolf 150 woodchipper.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, or who has been offered this item for sale, should call police on 101, quoting reference number 50627B/16, or call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
