A SCHEME for a new housing development in a north Northumberland village will go on display tomorrow (Thursday).
Northumberland Estates is proposing to redevelop the land between School House and Down House in Lesbury, building 20 properties.
The plans suggest a mix of houses in a style similar to current homes to complement the character of the village.
This would include both two and three-bedroom family properties, some bungalows, and some affordable housing.
All would have parking in line with current guidelines and the homes would be a mixture of sale and rental properties.
A new shop and post office to replace the existing one is also being put forward.
The Estates is holding an open event for residents in and around Lesbury to come along and view the proposed plans for the new housing between noon and 7pm on Thursday, May 31, in Lesbury Village Hall.
Representatives from the Estates will be on hand to answer any questions.
