Learn skills which could help save a life

A community training session for people to learn how to use a piece of life-saving equipment is being held later this month.

Residents are being invited to the demonstration to find out more about the public access defibrillator in Wooler.

The session takes place in the village’s Cheviot Centre, Padgepool Place, on Wednesday, November 23, from 7pm to 9pm.

Effective CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator increases the chance of surviving a cardiac arrest.
