Amble: Tony Pull, land west of Defra Harbour Office, Coquet Street, change of use from retail (A1) to cafe (A3).

Bamburgh: Colin Best, 7 Adderstone Cottages, replacement of roof in existing conservatory to rear; Caroline Smith, Golden Hill Bradford Farm, change of use to mixed use – residential element for holiday rentals and a commercial for fitness bootcamps.

Ellingham: Ellingham CofE Aided First School, stand-alone school hall with welfare facilities (resubmission of 15/04128/FUL).

Ford: Ford & Etal Estates, Ford Castle, listed building consent – various works to roofs and scarcements.
