Bamburgh: Gordon Scorer, 39 Links Road, resubmission – form gable roof to property with glazing at first-floor level to either end and install six flat roof dormer windows (three to each side), in-fill extension to utility area, relocation of rear/kitchen door.

Seahouses: Richard Reed, garages at Stone Close, prior notification for demolition for two blocks of single-storey, brick-walled garages - block 1 has 16 garages and block 2 has 20 garages; garages north of 2 Greenacres, prior notification of demolition for one block of four single-storey, brick-walled garages.
