Latest bids to council’s planning department


A selection of the latest planning applications to be submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belford: Steven Birdsall, land north-east of South Farm, South Road, change of use from agricultural to equestrian, constructing riding area 30m by 60m with 1500mm high two-rail fence surrounding and sand surface.

Longhoughton: Longhoughton Quarry, county matter application for relocation of recycled aggregate processing facility.

Lucker: Tina Johnson, Lucker Hall Steading, change of use of former office to a single-bed holiday unit, along with the addition of entrance porches to this unit and previously approved units known formerly as the Laundry and Studio, relocation of chimney stack, removal of roadside windows and the addition of roof windows and sun tubes.

Seahouses: Mr Harley, 41 Main Street, retail fit-out of existing store including new plant equipment located on roof, new roof edge protection and internal alterations.
