Join free farming workshop

Farmers can find out about the benefits of using marginal land for multiple benefits, such as ecological focus areas, stewardship, farmland birds and cross compliance, in Belford next week.

A series of free events, being held by the Campaign for the Farmed Environment (CFE) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs funded Farm Advice Service (FAS), arrives at Bellshill Farm on Wednesday, March 16.

The event will consist of a workshop, starting at 10am, followed by lunch and an optional farm walk.
