Investigations into grass fire
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is investigating a grass fire, which left a mother and her young daughter injured, in the Simonside Hills on Good Friday.
HSE inspectors are liaising with the land owner to determine measures to prevent public risk.
The investigation is being supported by Northumbria Police and Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service.
