Amanda, whose business, Amanda Hopper Hypnotherapy, is based in a pod at the Cheviot Centre, in Wooler, said: “It is really important that we feel good about ourselves, especially nowadays when people lead such hectic lifestyles, we very often put our own needs behind the needs of others.

“Very much like when we board a plane, the flight attendant will instruct us all, in the case of emergency to put on our own masks before trying to assist others, it is pretty much the same concept in life. To ensure that we are able to live a happy, healthy and positive life, we must address our needs and behaviour, which will in turn help us to have a positive and caring impact on the lives of others.

“Hypnotherapy should not be confused with stage hypnosis, hypnotherapy is used to create a heightened state of awareness enabling a qualified therapist to make suggestions to address and affect unwanted behaviour.”

Amanda also offers one-to-one consultations on a wide range of services from managing anxiety and panic attacks, to taking control of depression and increasing self-esteem.

The first consultation is free. For details, contact Amanda on 07570088461 or email [email protected]
