Graze & Gorge are usually busy providing grazing platters for events and celebrations across the region, but with usual weddings, birthdays and celebratory events postponed due to Covid-19, they’ve turned their hand to direct deliveries.

To give something back to workers at the frontline of the healthcare crisis, the company has launched a #CheeseforCarers project to reward workers with a free luxury cheese platter and a bottle of bubbles.

Millicia West, director at Graze & Gorge, said: “Rather than sit back and do nothing, we decided we could use our resources to help treat those that need them most: our incredible frontline workers.

“We launched our #cheeseforcarers scheme, which allows people to nominate their heroes to be rewarded with a luxury cheese platter and a bottle of bubbles, delivered contact-free to their doorstep.

“Whether that be an ICU nurse deserving a luxurious night-in or a community volunteer doing their best to keep everyone smiling, Graze & Gorge wants to reward our unsung local heroes.”

The aim is to reward one worker a week throughout the crisis and nominations can come from across the North East.
