Housing provider secures prestigious gold

The Newcastle-based affordable-housing provider owns and manages more than 12,500 homes across the North East, including in Northumberland, and employs more than 400 staff.

The gold award is an especially significant achievement for Isos, as it means the landlord now holds the same accreditation as its subsidiary, Cestria Community Housing, which achieved gold in October.

IIP is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management.

Isos impressed the IIP assessor in many ways, including its strong approach to corporate social responsibility and the creation of the Stepping Into Management career-development programme for staff.
