
The three schemes are on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting of Northumberland County Council’s planning committee.
At Longframlington, an application for nine detached houses at North End Farm is recommended to get the green light.
Also recommended for approval is the reserved matters application for 66 new homes in Longhoughton – the outline scheme was approved in May last year.
Amended proposals for 11 holiday lodges on land south of Rothbury Golf Club, which have sparked 86 objections, also look set to get the go-ahead.
