House burglary in Northumberland sparks police appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses following a house burglary in Northumberland.

It happened between noon on Saturday, June 11, and 7.30am, Monday, June 13, at a house on Park Road in Swarland.

Burglars forced their way in and stole a Hilti grinder, a green Qualcast lawnmower, a Dewalt grinder and a Stabler spirit-level.

Police are appealing for witnesses - anyone who was in the area and may have seen or heard anything suspicious is asked to contact police.

Officers would also like to hear from anyone who may be offered these items for sale.
