Honour for RAF technician

RAF Chief Technician Carl Marshall Brown, from Wooler, was recently presented with the award of Chief of the Air Staff's Commendation.

The award was announced in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours List.

Carl is a former pupil of Glendale Middle School, Wooler, and The Duchess’s High School in Alnwick.

The presentation took place last month at RAF Northolt.
