A sales centre will open its doors on Saturday as the first batch of new homes on a village housing development are released.

Leading housebuilder Miller Homes is behind the 90-property Shoreland Park scheme in Hadston.

Priced from £132,950, the initial release of homes at the site will include two and three-bedroom properties.

Miller says that the development will be built to the highest of standards, catering for first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers.

The first homeowners are expected to move in by April 2018.

Andrew Somerville, regional sales manager at Miller Homes North East, said: “Shoreland Park is ideally situated and we are anticipating a high level of interest.

“During our opening weekend we will have a great selection of contemporary energy efficient homes available for buyers to choose, including The Travers, a brand new housetype we are introducing to the region.

“Our team of friendly sales advisors will be on hand from 10.30am on Saturday to help buyers in finding their dream new home in time for Christmas and to advise on our range of incentive schemes that are available to assist buyers in making their next move.”

Buyers can register their interest in Shoreland Park now at www.millerhomes.co.uk/new-homes/north-east/shoreland-park-hadston or by calling 03300 371 997.

Following its launch this weekend, Shoreland Park’s sales centre will be open Thursdays to Mondays, 10.30am to 5.30pm
