Proposals to build new houses in Alnwick and Powburn have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
The scheme in Alnwick is for four properties on land south-east of Greensfield Moor Farm.
The application is for outline permission, with some matters reserved, and there are no details at this stage about how many bedrooms the homes would have.
Meanwhile, the proposal (all matters reserved) at The Manse, Powburn, is for eight three-bedroom properties, which would be one-and-a-half-storeys in height.
○ Planning permission is sought for an additional nine static pitches and a further six touring pitches at Seddons Caravan Park, Widdrington Moor, as well as an enlargement and improvement of the existing amenity building serving the site.
Seddons, located about one mile west of the A1068 from Widdrington, already provides holiday accommodation for six static caravans and 24 touring pitches.
○ Plans have been lodged to build a new two-storey reception lodge at Clifftop Caravan Park, Seahouses.
If approved, it would replace the existing reception building, and access would be via the existing access points and internal park network.
○ An application has been submitted to Northumberland County Council to extend the café and to make internal alterations to form showers within the toilet areas at the visitor centre at Druridge Bay Country Park.
