Northumberland County Council has launched an online survey to discover residents’ views on the perennial problem of dog fouling.
As part of the council’s ongoing effort to listen to the views of residents in order to improve the services it provides, a survey has been created and the results will help inform decisions.
The council wants to know if residents feel it is doing a good job combatting the problem and educating people about the risks and consequences through the Don’t stand for it campaign.
It is hoped the survey will highlight the specific areas where dog fouling is a problem for communities.
Plus it is an opportunity for the council to hear ideas from communities on how to tackle the problem.
