There are only two names in the frame in our search to find the week’s most popular Facebook photos.

Regular contributor Tony Robson nabbed a hat-trick, taking top spot and third and fourth places.

SECOND: Shay Whitfield's dog Diesel by the River Coquet.

He was stopped from getting a clean sweep by 14-year-old Shay Whitfield, whose proud grandma Anne Young submitted his picture.

Every day at facebook.com/nlandgazette, we share your images of the county under the banner, View of Northumberland.

Then each week in the Gazette, we feature the four which received the most likes the previous week.

Tony’s picture of Easter Day at Bamburgh beach was top of the shots last week, with 330 likes.
