An Alnwick barmaid is toasting her success after making it through to the Miss North-East GB final.
The glamorous beauty pageant, to be staged at Teesside-based Wynyard Hall on July 4, will feature four separate titles within the regional competition.
Delighted Hannah Mackay, 18, will be vying to win the Miss Newcastle GB crown.
The other categories are Miss Sunderland GB, Miss Teesside GB and Miss Durham GB.
Hannah, who works at The Plough, said: “I am really excited. I have never done anything like this before and it would mean everything to be crowned the winner.”
Hannah, who is being sponsored by The Plough, will be raising money for the event’s official charity, Make Some Noise.
The winner of each crown will compete at Miss Great Britain 2015 in September. They will also win a contract with Headline Models Ltd, among other perks.
