Go wild at Cineplay family day
A day of family events is being held at Alnwick Playhouse in September.
CHALK is presenting a Cineplay Day at the venue on Saturday, September 24, with morning and afternoon sessions to involve youngsters and their parents.
The morning will start at 11am with Where The Wild Things Are, when youngsters can craft outlandish outfits, create masks and prepare to create and unleash their inner Wild Thing with storytelling, music making and wonderment. In the afternoon, at 2pm, it will be time for the Wild Rumpus Rave dance party where kids can stomp, dance and drum along to a live DJ and tunes that will well and truly get the rumpus going.
