Go wild and feel fine

Nature lovers are going wild as part of a month-long challenge.

Northumberland Wildlife Trust wants people do something wild every day in June for 30 Days Wild.

A study following last year’s challenge reported people involved noticed improvements in their physical and mental wellbeing.

Katherine and Tony Williams and their eight-year-old son Fred, from Alnwick, said last year’s challenge not only got them outdoors every day, but made them make time to do something together. Tony and Fred are pictured bird-watching.
