FUND-RAISING: Overwhelmed by support

With a roomful of guests, we enjoyed the Hermitage’s delicious buffet, the cool, sophisticated jazz duo Mad Hattie and the Electric Guitar, and sampled the raffle and sales.

Along with generous donations, the magnificent sum of £661 was raised. All monies go to Marie Curie for its vital care of the terminally ill.

My fund has now reached £5,848 and I am overwhelmed by all the encouragement and support.
