Forum boost for Help for Heroes

Shilbottle Village Forum has raised £1,170 for Help for Heroes.

Its efforts culminated in a coffee morning, at which county councillor Trevor Thorne helped serve hot sandwiches.

Chairman Elisabeth Haddow praised the efforts of Forum members, and thanked organisations who gave raffle prizes and items for all the stalls.
